The cycling routes of Terre del Custoza include 11 routes, on mainly asphalted roads, to wich is added another route, on a dirt road, of particular interest for mountain biking, which winds through the Valle dei Mulini, along the river Tione. Altogether it is about 145 km, equipped with direction sign in both directions. Along these routes there are frequent splendid views of Lake Garda and the mountains; the pleasant climate for at least 9 months of the year and a considerable accomodation capacity make it an ideal place to spend pleasant days cycling. The ring of Terre del Custoza touches 5 municipalities: Sommacamapgna, Sona, Bussolengo, Villafranca di Verona, Valeggio sul Mincio.
